Lady Kreesa wins Belmont feature

NEW YORK (AP) Lady Kreesa rallied for a two-length victory over Sweetpollypurebrd in the $62,000 allowance feature for New York bred fillies and mares Thursday at Belmont Park.

The 4-year-old trained by David Donk and ridden by Irad Ortiz, Jr. ran six furlongs in 1:09.41 over the firm turf course.

Lady Kreesa got her second win in nine starts, paying $5.60, $2.90 and $2.10 as the 9-5 second choice.

Sweetpollypurebrd returned $5.60 and $3.30, and Amber Morning paid $2.30 to show as the 8-5 favorite.
