Kentucky Derby winner American Pharoah remains the favorite to win Saturday's 140th running of the Preakness Stakes, according to

At the beginning of the week, American Pharoah was a 5-6 favorite to win the second leg of the Triple Crown, but the colt moved up slightly to a 10-13 favorite after drawing the rail position on Wednesday.

The top three finishers at the Kentucky Derby—American Pharoah, Firing Line, which came in second, and Dortmund, which finished third—will all compete in the Preakness.

The $1.5 million Preakness Stakes take place at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore.
