ARCADIA, Calif. (AP) Long-shot Neveradoubt rallied to win the $200,000 Snow Chief Stakes for 3-year-olds by a half-length Saturday at Santa Anita as part of the Golden State Series, five stakes races restricted to horses bred or sired in California.

Ridden by Flavien Prat, Neveradoubt ran 1 1/8 miles on turf in 1:51.26 and paid $85.40, $30.60 and $13.40 at 41-1 odds.

Temple Keys returned $22.20 and $11.20 at 29-1 odds, while Grazen Sky was another half-length back in third and paid $3.60 to show.

Neveradoubt lagged early and angled five-wide turning for home in just his fourth career start. The victory, worth $110,000, increased Neveradoubt's career earnings to $151,350, with two wins.
