Chocolatier wins Aqueduct feature

NEW YORK (AP) Chocolatier led all the way Thursday to win the $71,000 allowance feature for fillies and mares at rainy Aqueduct.

The 4-year-old trained by Chad Brown beat Pine Needles by three lengths over the yielding turf course.

Kendrick Carmouche guided Chocolatier to her third win in 14 starts. The time was 2:19.33 for the 1 3/8 miles.

Chocolatier paid $5.90, $2.70 and $2.10 as part of an entry with fifth-place finisher Bishop's Pond.

Pine Needles, the 9-5 favorite, returned $2.90 and $2.20. Queen's Parade paid $2.50 to show.
