Bullheaded Boy wins Aqueduct feature

NEW YORK (AP) Bullheaded Boy beat Contradict by 1 3/4 lengths Sunday in the $67,000 allowance feature on the turf at Aqueduct.

It was the final day of grass and main-track racing at the Big A. The action on Wednesday shifts to the winterized inner track for the next four months.

Bullheaded Boy rallied from fifth to earn his fourth win in 17 starts. The 3-year-old colt trained by Todd Pletcher and ridden by Manny Franco ran the 1 1-16 miles in 1:47.02.

Bullheaded Boy paid $11.60, $6.30 and $3.80.

Contradict set the pace and held second by a head. He returned $23.80 and $15.40.

Furyofthenorsemen paid $4.90 to show.
