Wednesday’s draw will determine the post positions for the 142nd Kentucky Derby, as horses and jockeys prepare to compete for the $1.24 million winner’s share.

Florida Derby winner Nyquist enters this week as the betting favorite. American Pharoah, last year’s favorite, took the race and went on to win the elusive Triple Crown.

The Derby itself takes place on Saturday at 6:34 p.m. ET.
