The 2016 Preakness Stakes will be held on May 21 at 6:18 p.m. ET.
Kentucky Derby winner Nyquist will continue his quest to become just the 13th horse win the Derby, Preakness and Belmont Stakes. He would join 2015 Triple Crown winner American Pharoah as just the second pairing of horses to accomplish the feat in consecutive years.
Nyquist currently is the favorite at the Preakness, going in as a -140 favorite.
The top challenger is expected to be Exaggerator, who finished second at the Derby, at +450.
