Hunt rallies to win turf feature at Santa Anita

ARCADIA, Calif. (AP) Hunt rallied four-wide to win the $63,000 feature for 3-year-olds by a length Thursday at Santa Anita.

Ridden by Flavien Prat, Hunt ran 6 1/2 furlongs on the hillside turf course in 1:13.65 and paid $8.20, $4.40 and $2.80.

Forever Juanito returned $15.20 and $7.20 at 17-1 odds. No Silent was another neck back in third and paid $2.80 to show.

The victory, worth $37,800, increased Ireland-bred Hunt's career earnings to $174,329, with four wins in 15 starts.

It was Hunt's third win in four starts on the track's turf course for trainer Phil D'Amato.
