Paulassilverlining wins Belmont's Vagrancy Handicap
NEW YORK (AP) Paulassilverlining rolled to a 3 1/4-length victory Saturday in the $150,000 Vagrancy Handicap for filly and mare sprinters at Belmont Park.
The 4-year-old trained by Michelle Nevin won for the third time in four races this season.
Jose Ortiz was aboard for the 6 1/2 furlongs in 1:15.82. The 1-5 favorite paid $2.40 and $2.10.
West Coast Chick was second, returning $4.70. Stormy Sky was third. There was no show betting.
