NEW YORK (AP) Comfort rallied along the rail Sunday to win the $80,000 allowance feature by 2 3/4 lengths at Belmont Park.

The 4-year-old colt, trained by Todd Pletcher, hugged the fence the entire race, finding room in the stretch when the pacesetting Three Alarm Fire drifted toward the outside.

John Velazquez was aboard for his third win of the day as Comfort improved to 3 for 6.

The time was 1:41.41 for 1 1/16 miles. Comfort paid $11.40, $6.40 and $4.10.

Mills rallied from last in the seven-horse field to get second, returning $7.40 and $4. Three Alarm Fire held on for third, paying $4.50 to show.
