Spin Cycle wins Belmont feature at 8-1

NEW YORK (AP) Spin Cycle pulled an 8-1 upset in the $65,000 allowance feature for New York breds Friday at Belmont Park.

The 3-year-old gelding beat Uncle Sigh by a half-length for his third win in nine starts.

Chris DeCarlo was aboard for trainer John Kimmel as Spin Cycle covered the 1 1/16 miles in 1:41.

Spin Cycle paid $19.00, $8.90 and $5.20.

Uncle Sigh returned $3.80 and $3.10.

Vincento paid $11 to show.
