Matt Holliday follows the flight of his two-run homer off Dodgers starter Brett Tomko in the first inning of a 6-2 win for the Rockies on Saturday at Coors Field in Denver. Holliday hit four homers last week, driving in 10 runs. Colorado is 16-3 when Holliday has gone deep this season.

Despite being hit by a pitch in the fifth inning, Utley finished the game, going 2-for-4. But X-rays taken after the 7-6 loss to Washington showed a broken bone in his right hand.

Jeff Kent had an RBI double in the seventh inning of a 10-2 win for the Dodgers on July 23 at Minute Maid Park in Houston. Kent went 13-for-20 last week, with two homers and 8 RBI.
D'Angelo Jimenez is tagged out by Mets third baseman David Wright in the fifth inning of the second game of a doubleheader Saturday at Shea Stadium. The Nationals won 6-5.
