Cleveland Indians outfielder Michael Bourn is expected to be out for three to four weeks after an MRI confirmed that he has a moderate left hamstring strain, the Indians announced Monday.

Bourn was already on the 15-day disabled list with the hamstring injury after leaving Saturday's 7-3 victory over the Kansas City Royals.  Bourn had surgery in the offseason on the same hamstring and missed the beginning of the season recovering from the surgery. He then missed four games in May after re-aggravating the hamstring.

Bourn is hitting .267 with three home runs and 21 RBI this season for the Indians, who are 43-44 and sat six games back of the Detroit Tigers in the American League Central going into Monday.
