Following David Ortiz’s final game, a 4-3 loss to Cleveland in a three-game ALDS sweep, the fans at Fenway chanted "We're not leaving!" and "Thank you, Pa-pi!" for more than 10 minutes while the Indians celebrated their victory until the beloved slugger came back onto the field. Ortiz, a 10-time All-Star and MVP of the 2013 World Series, won three titles with the Red Sox, a team that had gone 86 years without a championship before his arrival in Boston but won three times in his 14 years with the team.
