With celebrities seeming to appear on every commercial break, it makes sense that World Series tickets are not cheap.

Game 7 of the World Series is no exception, with ticket prices soaring for the matchup taking place at Dodger Stadium on Wednesday night.

After the conclusion of Game 6, tickets were being scooped up faster than you could click on them, with listings starting at over $1,000 per ticket.

ESPN reported that StubHub said Wednesday morning the average price for a Game 7 ticket was $1,795. That price falls $300 short of last year's Game 7 tickets, but is nearly double Game 7 tickets in 2014, reports ESPN.

The Astros Will be the 2017 World Series Champions

The Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Houston Astros in Game 6 to tie the World Series at three apiece and force Game 7. The game ended with Dodgers pitcher Kenley Jansen striking out Astros Carlos Beltran.

If you can afford a ticket, you'll get the chance to witness history with Houston going for its first World Series ever, while the Dodgers will be looking for their first title since 1988.
