Yasiel Puig's Home Burglarized During World Series Game 7 Loss

Yasiel Puig's home was burglarized during the Dodgers' loss in Game 7 of the World Series.

As if losing the World Series in seven games wasn't crushing enough, a burglar broke into Yasiel Puig's home while the Cuban slugger was at Dodger Stadium during Game 7 on Wednesday night.

A window was found smashed and items were taken from Puig's San Fernando Valley home, though the value of the stolen items could not yet be determined. An official from the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed the burglary to CBS Los Angeles

This isn't the first time Puig's home has been burglarized—in March, roughly $170,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from the 26-year-old's home.

Puig batted .148 with two home runs and four RBIs during the World Series.
