Lineup, how to watch the Atlanta Braves go for the series win against Colorado on Saturday afternoon

Atlanta sends righty Bryce Elder to the mound against Colorado's Connor Seabold

Two games, two wins.

The Atlanta Braves have continued the winning ways in the first two games of the series, flashing impressive lineup depth and some VERY long home runs in Friday night's 8-1 victory over the Colorado Rockies. Winners of eleven of their last thirteen games and four straight series, Atlanta is looking to make it five series wins in a row if they can take today's matchup with Colorado. If the Braves can pull it off today, they'd be on track for their fifth series sweep of the season with a victory on Sunday.

Lineup for the Atlanta Braves on Saturday, June 17th

Here's how the Braves will line up for the contest:

Pitching Matchup for the Atlanta Braves vs Colorado Rockies on Saturday, June 17th

Atlanta's sending Bryce Elder to the mound this afternoon on City Connect Saturday. 4-1 with a 2.69 ERA in his thirteen starts, Elder's been a revelation for a Braves team that needed some stability in the rotation after losing Max Fried and Kyle Wright to the IL for extended absences. He's never faced Colorado, with LF Jurickson Profar the only active roster member for the Rockies with any previous experience against Elder (he's 0-2).

Colorado is countering with righty Connor Seabold. 1-2 with a 4.70 ERA in his fifteen appearances (eight starts), he's struck out only forty-two in his fifty-three and two-thirds innings of work, walking eighteen and allowing seven homeruns. No Atlanta Braves have ever faced him, but it's a taller order than it might appear: He's put up two quality starts in a row, against the Giants and Red Sox, going twelve innings with ten strikeouts and only three runs.
