Finally, Atlanta's back in the win column.

After four consecutive losses, the bats got hot early and Spencer Strider was dominant on the mound as Atlanta defeated Miami, 11-0, in Truist Park.

The Braves look to continue their recent dominance against Miami - 25-14 since the start of the 2021 season, 13-6 last year - on Tuesday night in Truist Park.

Lineup

Here's how Atlanta will line up fo the contest:

After last night's changes, Atlanta goes back to a more traditional lineup for tonight's matchup. Eddie Rosario is the designated hitter, batting 5th, while Vaughn Grissom is the SS, batting 7th. Sam Hilliard and Kevin Pillar round out the bottom of the lineup, playing centerfield and leftfield respectively.

Pitching Matchup

Starting for the Braves is veteran Charlie Morton. The 39 year-old righty is 2-2 this season with a 3.22 ERA in 22.1 innings pitched, with seventeen strikeouts to ten walks. In his career, Morton's 11-5 against the Marlins, but since rejoining Atlanta for the 2021 season, he's excelled against the Fish: 4-1 in eight starts with a 4.27 ERA and 54 strikeouts in only 46.1 innings pitched.

Opposing Atlanta is RHP Bryan Hoeing for the Marlins. The 2019 7th rounder went 1-1 last year, working mostly in relief, with a 12.08 ERA in 12.2 innings pitched. He faced Atlanta as a reliever twice, on October 3rd and 5th of 2022, and combined for 2.1 innings of two hit, three run ball, with one walk and one strikeout.
