The Los Angeles Dodgers have completed possibly the best off-season any team has ever had. This isn't hyperbole, folks; it is pure facts.

The Boys in Blue didn't mess around and are showing they are all in. They want to find success not only this season but over the next decade.

Although the Dodgers have a bunch of new talent, the front office is not done. Members of the front office, including team president Stan Kasten stated the team is not done improving.

Many may ask themselves, "What more do the Dodgers need?"

Well, the Dodgers still need a closer, and there happens to be a great one available on the open market. It's one of the top relievers in the game, Josh Hader

Many experts believe L.A. is in play for the lefty closer, including MLB insider Will Leitch.

Leitch appeared on High Heat with host Alana Rizzo and said Hader to Los Angeles makes sense.

"It does make a certain amount of sense for the Dodgers..."

“But certainly, if they're this motivated to keep going, why not go get Hader? They certainly could use him.”

(per Will Leitch via MLB Network)

Bookies.com has L.A. with the second-best odds to land Hader with +325.

It's as simple as this: the Dodgers need a closer. Hader is looking for a lot of money, and L.A. can offer him it.

It would be a win-win for both sides. Many outside fans may look at it as the rich getting richer (which is true), but the five-time All-Star would be a necessity for L.A., as silly as that may seem.

It makes sense for both sides, but at the end of the day, it's up to Hader and his team to choose what will be best for him. Plenty of teams are in the running, and hopefully, the Dodgers can land the three-time Trevor Hoffman National League Reliever of the Year.
