CLEVELAND - It's a win that a lot of Indians fans will never forget, a playoff victory over the rival New York Yankees after trailing 8-3 heading to the bottom of the sixth, the Tribe rallied for a 9-8 win in 13 innings.

Yan Gomes was the hero, getting the game-winning smack in the 13th with a base knock that brought in Austin Jackson, who worked a walk to start the 13th inning.
