Watch: Kyle Schwarber Hits Second Homer of Season, Cuts Yankees Lead in Half

In this story:
Kyle Schwarber is hot, now it's time for the rest of the Philadelphia Phillies offense to follow suit.
Schwarber launched his second home run of the season on Wednesday, his second in as many days. It was a solo shot that cut the New York Yankees lead in half to 4-2.
The home run travelled 365-feet to clear the Little League fence in right field of Yankees Stadium. It had an exit velocity of 112.1-mph and a launch angle of 20 degrees. An absolute missile of a line drive.
Philadelphia has had issues getting their offense going, with Alec Bohm and Trea Turner being the lone bright spots. When Schwarber gets hot, he gets really hot. Those streaks are what led him to the National League home run title in 2022 with 46.
Now he has his second of the season and could be a precursor to one of those aforementioned legendary streaks.
The Phillies need it.
