Jackson snags $325K in Ohio

For the third year in a row the Ultimate Fighting Championship made Columbus, OH its home for a weekend and once again the show was a rousing success. As UFC President Dana White made mention during the post fight press conference, between their event and the Arnold Classic running the same weekend, the city of Columbus experienced around $41 million dollars in revenue.

As for the fighters earnings on the card, former light heavyweight champion, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson led the way with a total pay of $325,000, plus another $60,000 for his part in the "Fight of the Night."

His opponent, Keith Jardine, was the second highest paid fighter on the card earning $55,000 for his show money and another $60,000 for the "Fight of the Night" bonus also.
