Far be it from me to come down on anyone else's news skills, but this is one of the most ridiculous things you'll ever read: Virginia pitcher Will Roberts threw a perfect game against George Washington on Tuesday. However, George Washington's website didn't think the perfect game -- the 19th in Division I history -- warranted much ink. In fact, this was the opening to the story: "The George Washington baseball team held No. 1 Virginia to just two runs on Tuesday evening at Davenport Field but were unable to compliment the strong pitching performance at the plate, falling 2-0." (For video highlights of Roberts' perfect game, click here.)

Here is a perfect example of the offbeat, and often oddly creative stuff that lands in my inbox on a regular basis througout the day. Ryan Miller, of Oklahoma City, says, "Good day, Hot Clicks! I thought I would send you a link to my first music video. When I first wrote the song in 2007, Leonardo DiCaprio had been in 17 movies, and I used 15 of them in the song. I've always had the idea for the video, but did not know how to put it together. A friend's 14-year-old son helped me with it. Check it out. Even if you don't put it in the column, it will make you smile."
