Natalie Dormer, best known for her role as Margaery Tyrell on HBO's Game of Thrones or Anne Boleyn on Showtime's The Tudors, has withdrawn from the 2015 New York City Marathon, race organizers announced on Tuesday.

Dormer issued the following statement: “I was training well and looking forward to the thrill of running the NYC streets for Team for Kids in support of New York Road Runners' free youth running programs. My goal is to be at the starting line for the 2016 race.”

Dormer ran the 2014 Virgin Money London Marathon in 3 hours, 50 minutes and 57 seconds.

Among last year's notable celebrity runners, tennis star Caroline Woziacki completed the 26.2 mile distance in 3 hours, 26 minutes and 33 seconds.

Game of Thrones will return on HBO for a sixth season and is expected to film in Spain in the coming months.
