Adidas has unveiled the 2016 Boston Marathon finisher jacket that many runners will don April 18 for the 120th running of the Boston Marathon.

The sportswear company has worked on the marathon jacket for 25 years and this year’s edition pays tribute to the color pattern and design of the first jacket in 1991 with the “Equipment Green” color palette. The green, white and black pattern is a change from last year's combination of purple, gray and orange.

Approximately 30,000 runners are slated to race in the upcoming Boston Marathon. Last year’s champions—Ethiopia’s Lelisa Desisa and Kenya’s Caroline Rotich—were announced as the first two elite athletes to return for 2016.
