Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett blew off former teammate Ray Allen as he checked in to make his debut for the rival Miami Heat at American Airlines Arena on Tuesday night. Allen went up and down the Celtics bench to offer handshakes during the nationally-televised regular season opener. He then slapped Garnett on the shoulder, who reacted as if Allen was invisible.
