What to watch: NBA regular-season finale

It's the last day of the NBA regular season, but there's still plenty to be decided before the playoffs. While the postseason's 16-team field is already locked into place, seven of Wednesday night's 15 games have playoff seeding implications. In fact, Pacers-Hawks and Blazers-Rockets are the only one first-round matchups set in stone.

Here's what to watch on the final day of the regular season:

Dallas Mavericks vs. Memphis Grizzlies (8 p.m. ET): It's not exactly winner-take-all, but this is a pretty big game. The winner gets the No. 7 seed and a likely date with the Thunder. The loser falls to No. 8 and will face the Spurs. San Antonio is 4-0 against both Dallas and Memphis this season, while OKC is 3-1 against Memphis and 1-2 vs. Dallas.

Chicago Bulls vs. Charlotte Bobcats (8 p.m. ET): The Bulls need a win to stay in the hunt for the No. 3 seed (they also need the Raptors to lose to the Knicks), while the Bobcats have a slim chance at the No. 6 seed with a win against the Bulls and a Wizards loss against the Celtics.

Toronto Raptors vs. New York Knicks (8 p.m. ET): The Raptors can clinch the No. 3 seed with a win. As for the Knicks, er, never mind...

Detroit Pistons vs. Oklahoma City Thunder (8 p.m. ET): The Thunder can secure the No. 2 seed with a win, but if they lose, and the Clippers win, they'll fall to No. 3.

Brooklyn Nets vs. Cleveland Cavaliers (8 p.m. ET): The Nets will be the No. 5 seed if they beat the Cavaliers, but they could slip to No. 6 with a loss and a Bobcats win.

Washington Wizards vs. Boston Celtics (8 p.m. ET): The Wizards will do as much scoreboard watching as anyone Wednesday. If the Wizards win, they'll either be the No. 5 or No. 6 seed depending on what Brooklyn does. If they lose, they could fall to No. 7 if the Bobcats win.

Los Angels Clippers vs. Portland Trail Blazers (10:30 p.m. ET): As mentioned before, L.A. can still sneak into the No. 2 seed with a win and Thunder loss.
