Video: Bulls' Kirk Hinrich, Wizards' Bradley Beal scrap in Game 2

Kirk Hinrich and Bradley Beal received technical fouls for scrapping during Washington's 101-99 overtime victory over Chicago in Game 2 on Tuesday.

A stoic showing down the stretch of a tense game helped the Wizards take a surprising 2-0 series lead over the Bulls, and Beal's composure throughout was a major driver of Washington's success. The second-year guard finished with a game-high 26 points (on 9-for-20 shooting), seven rebounds and two assists, and he smartly kept his head during this tense exchange with Hinrich.

With a little more than four minutes remaining before halftime and Washington leading 45-38, Hinrich and Beal became entangled as Beal tried to work himself free on an inbounds play. Beal swung his right arm to free himself from Hinrich, who lashed back, and the two players engaged in a bit of a wrestling match before the officials could intervene. The clear highlight of the shenanigans? Hinrich ripping off his goggles to let everyone know things were about to get really serious.

The official's final tally looked like this: Beal was hit with an offensive foul for the push off while Beal and Hinrich each received a technical foul but were allowed to remain in the game. Hinrich would wind up missing a pair of crucial free throws with just two seconds remaining in overtime to seal the victory for the Wizards.

John Wall added 16 points (on 6-for-15 shooting), seven assists and five rebounds in the win. Nene chipped in 17 points (on 8-for-13 shooting) and seven rebounds.

D.J. Augustin led Chicago with 25 points (on 10-for-22 shooting) and seven assists. Taj Gibson added 22 points (on 7-for-17 shooting) and 10 rebounds in a losing effort.
