Golden State Warriors guard Shaun Livingston will be out six to eight weeks after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his right big toe according to an AP report

Livingston signed a three-year contract with the Warriors worth $16 million this offseason. According to his timetable, he should be back in time for the start of training camp.

Last year with the Brooklyn Nets, Livingston averaged 8.3 points, 3.2 assists and 3.2 rebounds per game. He started 54 regular season games and 10 playoff games for Brooklyn.

Another Warriors guard, Nemanja Nedovic, was believed to have suffered a stress fracture in his foot this summer, but later tests revealed the injury may not be that serious. The Warriors signed former Ohio State guard Aaron Craft after he played with Golden State's summer league team.
