Watch: DeAndre Jordan throws down alley-oop dunk over Rudy Gobert

DeAndre Jordan threw down a vicious alley-oop dunk over Rudy Gobert during Monday night's game in Los Angeles.

With less than two minutes remaining in the first quarter, Chris Paul received a short shovel pass from Jamal Crawford and dribbled around a ball screen set by Jordan and into the three-point arc. As he neared the elbow, Paul, with rookie Dante Exum riding his left shoulder, deftly lofted a pass near the rim. The Clippers big man rose over a backpedaling Gobert, grabbed the ball and slammed it home. After shaking the rim and planting both feet next to Gobert, Jordan stood over the long-limbed, 7-foot-1 center and stared down at him.

This isn't the first time we've seen Jordan humiliate an opponent with an alley-oop dunk. He famously eviscerated then-Pistons point guard Brandon Knight in March 2013 and has made a habit of turning well-placed Paul lobs into SportsCenter highlights.

The Clippers led the Jazz 56-43 at halftime. Blake Griffin led Los Angeles with 12 points, while Enes Kanter had 12 for Utah.
