Sacramento Kings coach Michael Malone was ejected from Tuesday night's game against the Pelicans in New Orleans.

Malone drew two technical fouls while appearing to argue a call (or lack thereof) in the second quarter.

Malone was seen exchanging words with official Eric Lewis near halfcourt before screaming and gesturing in protest as he walked down the sideline.

Malone, who has been described as a "fiery," is in his second year in charge of the Kings after being hired in June 2013.

The Kings are 9-5 this season after beating New Orleans 99-89. DeMarcus Cousins and Omri Casspi led Sacramento with 22 points, and Cousins grabbed a team-high 12 rebounds. Tyreke Evans paced the Pelicans with 22 points, and Anthony Davis recorded nine boards.
