Warriors guards Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson plan to take part in the three-point shooting contest during All-Star Weekend.
The three-point contest will take place on Feb. 14 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
Matthews leads the NBA in three-point makes and attempts and is shooting 39 percent from beyond the arc.
Curry, who will also start for the Western Conference and was the leading vote-getting for the All-Star Game, has been in the contest each of the past two seasons.
Korver leads the league in three-point field goal percentage, shooting 53 percent, and Thompson is third at 46 percent.
