LeBron James threw down an alley-oop dunk during the first minute of Sunday's All-Star Game at Madison Square Garden. James scored 30 points, but it wasn't enough as the Western Conference defeated the Eastern Conference 163-158.

James curled into the lane from the left wing and darted toward the basket, where he spotted a well-placed lob from John Wall.

The Cleveland Cavaliers star rose to catch the ball and flushed it through the hoop with two hands to give the Eastern Conference a 2-0 lead.
