The Cleveland Cavaliers have ruled center Kevin Love out for the Eastern Conference semifinals, the team announced.
Love was injured in the first quarter of Cleveland's 101-93 victory Sunday when his arm became entangled with Celtics forward Kelly Olynyk's arm. Love ran off the court grabbing his shoulder and did not return to the game.
An MRI revealed Love's shoulder was dislocated in the incident. Love called the play "bush-league."
