Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul left Saturday's Game 7 of the opening-round NBA playoffs series against the San Antonio Spurs with an apparent hamstring injury.
Paul returned at the 6:27 mark in the second quarter after exiting with 1:52 left in the first quarter. He appeared to grab his left hamstring while bringing the ball upcourt and headed straight for the Clippers' locker room.
In 10 minutes, Paul scored five points with three assists. The Spurs led 30–28 after the first quarter.
In the series' first six games, Paul averaged 22 points, 8.2 assists, and five rebounds over 39.7 minutes.
Paul was evidently upset after returning to the Clippers' bench.
