Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose banked in a three-pointer at the buzzer to beat the Cleveland Cavaliers, 99–96, in Game 3.

The Bulls had the ball with three seconds remaining after Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith tied the game at 96 with a three-pointer with 10 seconds remaining.

Rose took advantage of a pick set by teammate Taj Gibson to get the shot off from 26 feet out. The win at the United Center gave Chicago a 2–1 series lead after the teams split the opening games in Cleveland.

Rose led all scorers with 30. He added seven rebounds and seven assists in 39 minutes.

LeBron James led the Cavaliers with 27 points, 14 assists and eight rebounds. Jimmy Butler added 20 points and eight rebounds for the Bulls.
