Raptors hire Stackhouse, Kalamian, Greer as assistants

Stackhouse is coaching for the first time in the NBA. He played 18 years in the league.

Kalamian joins the Raptors after six seasons with Oklahoma City, including the last two as lead assistant. Greer spent the past five seasons as an assistant with Chicago.
