Atlanta Hawks forward Mike Scott was arrested Thursday on felony drug charges, according to Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Scott, who was with his 20-year-old brother, was charged with felony possession of marijuana and possession of Schedule I drug (MDMA), according to Vivlamore. The arrest took place in Banks County, Georgia.

My Fox Atlanta reports that police found marijuana and over 10 grams of MDMA in Scott's car after a car chase around 9 a.m. Thursday. Scott was not the driver of the car.

“We are aware of the situation involving Mike Scott this morning,” Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer said in a statement. “Out of respect for the legal process, we will not have any additional comment at this time.”
