Minnesota Timberwolves forward Andrew Wiggins dunked viciously on Dallas Mavericks guard J.J. Barea Wednesday night during a Tuto Marchand Continental Cup game in Puerto Rico.

The tournament, a warmup for the FIBA Americas Championship next month in Mexico City, pitted Wiggins’s Canadian team against Barea’s Puerto Rican squad.

With two minutes remaining in the game and Canada leading 75–69, Wiggins drove to the hoop along the right sideline. As Barea slid over to defend him, Wiggins leapt from just outside the painted area for the one-handed dunk.

The 6'8" Wiggins and 6'0" Barea were teammates with the Timberwolves in training camp last year, but Barea was released before the season started.
