Rockets rookie and former Louisville star Montrezl Harrell helped save a motorist after a car wreck Monday near the school’s campus.

Louisville sports information director Kenny Klein confirmed reports via Twitter. Harrell helped the driver, reportedly a man, out of an overturned, smoking vehicle, working with others to kick in a window. He also ran to a nearby business to procure a fire extinguisher.

According to the Courier-Journal, Louisville police listed it as a non-injury accident. Two vehicles were involved in the crash, with one person taken to the hospital for a possible minor injury.

In related news, Harrell agreed to terms on a three-year deal with Houston Tuesday, reports Yahoo’s Marc Spears. After a four-year career at Louisville, Harrell was selected in the second round with the 32nd pick of the 2015 draft.
