Watch: Wizards’ Bradley Beal hits game-winning three to beat Spurs

Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal hit the game-winning three-pointer to beat the San Antonio Spurs, 102–99.

Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal hit a three pointer with 0.3 seconds left to push the Wizards past the San Antonio Spurs, 102–99, on Wednesday.

Tied at 99, the Wizards inbounded the ball out with just over seven seconds left in the game. Beal used a stepback move to find open space, and unleashed a shot that found nothing but the net.

Beal’s three overcame a huge effort from Kawhi Leonard, who scored 23 points, most of which came in the first half. Beal scored 25—none bigger than his last three—and backcourt mate John Wall added 17.

The win moved the Wizards to 3–1, while the Spurs fell to 3–2.
