Watch: Jabari Parker announces return with reverse baseline slam

A season ago, injuries prevented us from witnessing all the highly regarded 2014 NBA draft class had to offer. On Friday, Bucks forward Jabari Parker reminded us of what we were deprived, and didn't look the least bit rusty.
After going just 1 for 6 in 16 minutes against the Sixers on Wednesday in his return from an ACL injury, Parker looked spry in the first half against the Knicks.
Midway through the second quarter, Parker snuck by the pesky Lance Thomas to go baseline, then launched into the air, and turned his body for the slam. The dunk accounted for two of his six points in a 99–92 Milwaukee victory. Parker played 18 minutes, adding a rebound and an assist.

He was the No. 2 pick in last year’s draft, and played and started 25 games for Milwaukee last season before tearing his ACL in a game against the Suns on Dec. 15, 2014. He averaged 12.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game on 49% shooting from the field.
