Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said last month that he didn’t care about the Clippers, but he indicated on Tuesday that he still cares about their center, DeAndre Jordan.
Speaking with reporters after a loss to the Pelicans, Cuban revealed that he has saved all the text messages that DeAndre Jordan sent him during his free agency this summer.
Jordan committed to play for Dallas before ultimately turning around and heading back to the Clippers.
“Someday I’ll let you read all the texts,” he said. “And we’ll get into it and we’ll talk about it, but now is not the right time.”
He was even able to tell reporters when Jordan’s last text was sent: July 7, when Jordan lied about being on a date.
Mark Cuban did say DeAndre Jordan's final text came at 11:56 p.m. on July 7, when Jordan said he was on a date that turned out to be Griffin— Ben Bolch (@latbbolch) November 11, 2015
