Lakers guard Kobe Bryant will miss his second straight game due to a back injury, the team announced Wednesday.

Bryant had previously been listed as questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Magic in Orlando. 

The bad back kept Bryant out of Tuesday’s game against the Heat as well. He told reporters after the game that the ailment was bad enough that he had trouble walking

Bryant, 37, is having a career-worst season. He is shooting just 32% from the field, 13.1% worse than his career mark, and is averaging 2.6 more shots per game than any other Lakers player. 

The Lakers are 1–6 this season and play their next game on the road against the Mavericks on Friday.
