Warriors’ Klay Thompson suffers sprained right ankle in win at Pacers

Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson left Tuesday’s 131–123 win over the Indiana Pacers with a sprained right ankle and did not return.
Thompson made 10-of-16 three-point attempts and totaled 39 points, seven rebounds and six assists before leaving in the fourth quarter. He was two off tying the NBA record for threes in a game at 12.
While attempting to collect his eighth rebound of the night, the 25-year-old landed awkwardly on his right ankle and immediately hopped toward the sideline.
