Watch: Steven Adams throws down huge dunk over LeBron James
Add LeBron James to the list of Steven Adams dunk victims ... wait, what?
The Oklahoma City Thunder center threw one down on James in the third quarter of a game Thursday night in Cleveland.
With Oklahoma City leading 64–56 and a little more than seven minutes remaining, Russell Westbrook threaded a pass in between Matthew Dellavedova and Kevin Love to a cutting Adams down the lane. Credit to James who tried to provide the weakside help, but Adams’s right-handed slam was just too much for The King.
James ultimately led the Cavaliers to a 104–100 comeback victory. He nearly posted a triple double with a game-high 33 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds.

The game wasn’t the story, though. James crashed into professional golfer Jason Day’s wife, Ellie, sitting courtside while trying to save a ball from going out of bounds in the third quarter. She was taken off in a stretcher and reportedly doing well after the game.
The Thunder’s six-game winning streak ended with the loss. Cleveland improved to 17–7 while Oklahoma City fell to 17–9.
