The Detroit Pistons retired Ben Wallace’s jersey on Saturday during halftime of their game against the Golden State Warriors.

No. 3 was lifted to the rafters as Wallace took the floor and saluted the crowd in Detroit. The Pistons defeated the Warriors 113–95 and improved to 22–18. Golden State fell to 37–4.

Detroit wore special edition “Ben Wallace” Stance socks for the occasion.

The team made a video tribute for its longtime center:

Wallace played with the Pistons from 2000–06, and again from ‘09–12. He was a large part of their championship-winning team in 2004.
