New Orleans Pelicans guard Eric Gordon suffered a fractured right ring finger during the team’s 114–99 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday, the Pelicans announced.
Gordon is expected to be out four to six weeks, the team announced Wednesday.
“We’ll get more information (Wednesday) and figure out what has to be done, and go from there,” Gentry said.
Gordon has appeared in all 41 of New Orleans’ games this season, making 40 starts. He is averaging 14.9 points and 2.7 assists in 33.4 minutes a night.
