First-time All-Star Draymond Green got a nice surprise on Thursday
While taping a live hit discussing his All-Star chances with CSN—unaware that the news had broken—Green received a surprise on-air visit from his mother, Mary Babers-Green, from his hometown of Saginaw, Mich.
She let him know the news, along with a large portion of their family.

It was a pretty cool moment for one of the NBA’s emerging stars, who was selected as a reserve after just missing the cut as a starter in the fan vote.
