The Detroit Pistons raised Chauncey Billups’s jersey to the rafters on Wednesday night as the team retired his No. 1 jersey.

The Pistons retired Ben Walace’s number last month in a win against the Golden State Warriors

Billups played eight seasons with the Pistons throughout his career. He was on back-to-back Eastern Conference Championship teams with Wallace and was named the NBA Finals MVP in 2004. In that five-game series against Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers, Billups averaged 21.0 points, 3.2 rebounds and 5.2 assists.

In his 17-year career, he also played for the Boston Celtics, Toronto Raptors, Denver Nuggets, Minnesota Timberwolves, New York Knicks and Los Angeles Clippers.

Billups finished his career by returning to Detroit for one final season in 2013. In 482 games for the Pistons, he averaged 21 points, 3.2 rebounds and 5.2 assists. You can watch the entire ceremony here.
